CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


Public 2- and 4-Day Events:

No minimum number of participants needed to register (Event allows for 50 total participants).

If booking more than 10 participants, contact Together in This WA, LLC directly to make arrangements.

Payment due at time of registration.

Refunds – less $100 USD per participant for four-day events and less $50 USD per participant for two-day events – will be honored for requests made at least two four weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given with fewer than two four weeks' notice. Participant substitutions can be made at no extra cost.

Private 2- and 4-Day Events:

Minimum 25, maximum 50 participants, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Effective 01/2019: 50% nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking to reserve dates. Remainder of payment due at time of event. Requests to reschedule will be honored if made at least one month prior to the event and mutually agreeable between Together in This WA, LLC and the client. In the event a mutually agreeable alternate date cannot be identified, the deposit is forfeit. Participant substitutions can be made at no extra cost.

Private 1- Hour, 2-Hour and 3-Hour Primer Events:

Minimum 15, maximum 200 participants, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

100% nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking to reserve dates. Requests to reschedule may be honored if made at least one month prior to the event and dates mutually agreeable between Together in This WA, LLC and the client. In the event a mutually agreeable alternate date cannot be identified, the deposit is forfeit. Participant substitutions can be made at no extra cost.

Private Consultation & Facilitation:

No minimum number of participants. Free, nonbinding estimate of cost of services provided upon request.

$150 nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking. Remainder of payment billed weekly during the period of consultation and facilitation with payment occurring prior to services being rendered. Requests to reschedule will be honored if made at least two weeks prior to the event and mutually agreeable between Together in This WA, LLC and the client. In the event a mutually agreeable alternate date cannot be identified, the deposit is forfeit. All cancellations will result in loss of payment.
